i know what you mean about lightning up. tough for me, as i pay attention to a frightening degree! i often wish i could be more oblivious to all the pain and anguish out there, but it just isn't in my d.n.a.

(a cuppa coffee and fries with ketchup covers all the bases!) ha!
of course, chocolate has theobromine as well as caffeine, so it packs a double punch!

the only cheesecake that i find that i like is the good ol' Trader Joe's version of NY Cheesecake in the freezer section. veddy, veddy good!
